Orders and payment

Purchases are for adults able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Standard US shipping is free. Payment is processed by the available checkout provider.

Availability and errors

Products are subject to availability. We may correct genuine errors in listings or pricing. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel and refund the affected amount. We do not substitute a different fragrance without your agreement.

Product descriptions

Bag sizes describe net weight of scented wax, excluding packaging and wicks. Vessels are not included unless expressly listed. Images may illustrate styling; read the listing for included items. Scent preferences and perceived strength vary, and the quiz provides suggestions rather than a guarantee. No medical, allergy-free or therapeutic benefit is promised.

Use and care

Read the product instructions and candle-care guidance before use. Use only a suitable vessel and the specified wick setup. Do not modify the product with oils or combustible decorations. Contact us if instructions are missing. These directions do not waive consumer rights or excuse defective products.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Allow 3–7 business days for processing plus carrier transit. Our shipping and returns policies form part of these terms. Unused, unopened products may be returned under the stated process; damaged or incorrect goods are handled separately.

Website use

Do not interfere with site security, misuse customer information or copy our original site content for commercial redistribution without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. The Scent Mercantile is independently operated and is not represented as affiliated with its ingredient suppliers.

Applicable law and rights

Colorado law applies to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory protections available where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes

Updated terms apply prospectively. Your order is subject to the terms presented when you placed it.
