Information we collect

When you order or contact us, we receive information such as your name, email, billing and delivery addresses, order details and correspondence. Our hosting and ecommerce services may process IP addresses, browser details, security logs and necessary session information. Payment providers handle payment credentials; do not send card details by email.

How we use information

We use information to process and deliver orders, provide support, handle returns, maintain accounts you choose to create, prevent fraud, secure the site and meet accounting or legal obligations.

The scent finder

The built-in quiz processes preferences in your browser. It does not request your email, create an account or save your answers to our database. Following a product link and using the shop may create ordinary ecommerce and server records.

Service providers and disclosures

Information needed to operate the business may be handled by our hosting provider (Hostinger), payment providers, shipping carriers, technology support and professional advisers. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and security. We do not sell personal information or use targeted advertising through the features supplied with this site.

Optional email marketing

If we offer newsletter signup, it will be optional and separate from purchasing. We will use the information you submit to send the updates you request, with an unsubscribe method in marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order messages. We will update this notice and provide any required choices before introducing materially different collection, marketing or tracking practices.

Cookies

Necessary cookies may support your cart, checkout, login and security. The built-in theme and quiz do not add advertising pixels or optional analytics. See our cookie notice for more information. Third-party integrations may require this notice and consent controls to be updated before activation.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for orders, support, accounting, disputes and legal requirements, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
