Returns, refunds & cancellations

We accept returns of products that are unused and unopened. Request your return within [tsms_days] days of delivery by contacting [tsms_email] with your order number.

How to return

Contact us first for the correct return address and instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns; we recommend a tracked service. Do not send items to a supplier.

Refunds

Once received, we inspect the returned items and notify you of approval or the reason a return does not meet these conditions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may need additional processing time. We do not deduct the original free standard shipping from an approved product refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs. The unopened condition and customer-paid return postage rule do not limit remedies for defective, damaged or incorrect goods. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return at our expense where applicable.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel before an order is dispatched. If it has already shipped, follow the return process above. This policy does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by law.
