Shipping & processing

We currently ship to United States addresses only. Standard shipping is free, with no order minimum.

Processing time

Allow 3–7 business days for processing before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Carrier transit time is additional; delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Order updates

Delays and address changes

Check your address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly for corrections; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a refund as applicable.

Lost or damaged shipments

Contact us if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive. Retain packaging and photographs when possible so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. This does not limit rights provided by law.
